The Last Application

Privacy policy

Effective October 5, 2026

This policy explains what information The Last Application (run by JAAM, "we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the intake form, the JAAM Intake tool that reads it, and the job applications we make for you.

Information we collect

How we use Google user data

JAAM Intake requests read only access to Google Forms and Google Drive for the service's own Google account. It uses that access only to read responses to The Last Application and the files uploaded with them. It does not read any other part of anyone's Google account, and it does not change or delete anything.

JAAM Intake's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train general purpose artificial intelligence models.

How we use your information

We use AI tools to help prepare documents and applications. Those tools process your information only to do this work for you.

Who we share it with

We share your information with employers and job sites only as part of an application you authorized. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How we protect and keep it

Your information is stored in private storage that only the people running the service can access, including a private server in Google Cloud. We keep it while we are working on your job search and for as long as needed to keep records of the applications we made. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will, except for records we must keep by law.
